A delicious white blend made by José Maria Fraile and Alicia Eyaralar at their winery in the Yerri Valley of Navarra, right alongside the Camino de Santiago. Their wines are fresh, savoury and terroir-led, made with sustainable methods and minimal intervention.
This wine is fermented in French Oak and kept on its fine lees for three months to gain texture and complexity. Aromas of apricot, pear, white flowers and an elegant mineral touch. Expressive, long and persistent on the palate.
