Refund policy
Under European law you are entitled to return your order to us within seven days of purchase or within seven days of receiving the order, whichever is longer. For a full refund please return unopened and completely undamaged bottles to us in safe and secure packaging within seven days of receiving them. Sadly, as wine is a bulky, heavy and fragile item we cannot offer free returns, however we can organise a courier to pick up the returnable wine to us, at your expense, or if you are within a 10 mile radius of our shop we will happily send a van to pick your wine up at a charge of £20 per case.
If you are unhappy with your wine once it is opened (i.e. if it is corked or otherwise faulty) please notify us straight away and keep the bottle and its contents so that we can return it to our supplier for a full refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.
