Ripe and spicy thanks to 18 months in old oak barrels (with a small proportion of the barrels being new French oak), this is very much a 'drink-now' style, but it will continue to soften and mature in the bottle for a year or two. Pairs well with rich sea food, pasta or light meat dishes.
