Producer's tasting notes
A great Malvedos with typical minty aromas and undertones of cacao and berry fruits. The mouth has a firm tannic structure and succulent blackberry flavours. A bold, powerful wine promising many years in bottle. A true Malvedos thoroughbred.

"Cask sample. So dark there is almost no rim. Pure black fruits. Massive with power on the palate, much more obviously structured than the smooth Warre's Quinta da Cavadinha but after the initial tannic impact, the texture melts in your mouth, melting into the sweetness and alcohol.
