Pinot Blanc
75cl * 13.5% ABV * Alsace, France
A delicate and aromatic white wine brimming with springtime flowers, fresh citrus, peaches and apple. It's light on the palate, but well rounded and smooth, with a long, clean finish. Very easy to drink, but would also do nicely with another 3-5 years in the bottle.
Serve chilled at 8 degrees, ideally with oysters.
