This red wine is brimming with fruit and all the charm and spiciness of Syrah from the Northern Rhone, together with freshness and balance. It's aged for 24 months in oak barrels. On the nose, there are red fruits - cherries and strawberries - leading into blackcurrant and vanilla on the palate. It is well-structured with refined tannins and a long finish. Pair with red meat, game and cheese.
