Delas' signature wine, the white St Esprit, is a perfect blend of fruit from the right bank vineyards of the southern Rhône valley. There's neither malolactic fermentation nor oak influence here, allowing instead for a freshness and purity of expression.
The Grenache adds structure to the wine while the Clairette and Bourboulenc bring aromas of white flowers, citrus and yellow fruit. Pair with grilled fish, waterfowl or as an aperitif.
