Paul Cluver's Village Pinot Noir is sourced from the estate's vineyards in Elgin, where the cool climate lends to freshness and aromatic purity in the wine. Matured for 12 months in old French oak, the emphasis is on the fruit.
On the palate, there's red cherry, raspberry and sour cherry with savoury notes and silky tannins. Elegant, approachable and beautifully balanced. Perfect with Asian-style fish or rosemary lamb.
