Sabuci is a fresh and juicy Sicilian red, made from a blend of Nero d'Avola and Frappato, fermented using a combination of open-top barriques and terracotta amphore before oak aging. It balances bright cherry and pomegranate with hints of cocoa, violet and spice. The palate is concentrated, with lively acidity and a long, savoury finish. Very much a food friendly wine.
