In recent years Essex's Crouch Valley has firmly established itself as a region capable of producing the most premium styles of still wine that England has to offer. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, in particular have flourished in the region.
The palate is bright and lively, with red berries, vibrant citrus, delicate tropical notes and a subtle touch of salinity, reflecting the vineyard's close proximity to the river. A delicate spritz and beautifully balanced acidity make this wine deliciously moreish!
Made exclusively from Pinot Noir, hand-harvested on 29th September 2025 from the family owned, 10-acre vineyard, this is probably the most exciting still English rosé that the Taurus team has tasted!
