The Greffet estate is a small, six-hectare plot in the Maconnais region at the foot of Burgundy. The winery is modern, but the winemaking is traditional, using a mixture of old oak foudres and barrels to ferment fruit from 45-year-old vines.
Sourced from a select Premier Cru plot, this wine is beautifully aromatic with tropical fruit and creamy notes. Full bodied, yet elegant with a rich mouthfeel and a balanced freshness and hint of honey on the finish. Enjoy as an aperitif or pair with shellfish or chicken dishes.
