As a young girl, Mrs TW used to go and play at Greyfriars house - not by invitation, but by sneaking up through the woods to the tennis court and swimming pool! The house is no longer attached to the vineyard, but Mrs TW will probably be sneaking some of this out of the wine rack too...
Wonderfully fragrant, with intense aromas of candied fruits and red berries. Zesty and fresh, this is the sort of crisp rosé one would usually find on the French shelves, yet it also has that most English of hints: strawberries and cream. There’s also a touch of herbiness and a juicy red apple finish. Delightful on its own but also a great partner to salmon nigiri or sashimi or a bowl of pick-your-own strawberries.
