From Greyfriars Vineyard in the Surrey Hills, this is a dry Alsatian-style Pinot Gris with lovely ripe peach, apricot and orange peel. There's weight and texture, which comes from extended skin contact and partial oak aging, balanced out by a fresh acidity. Great with food, including delicate blue cheeses.
