A lovely white Jura from organically farmed vines spread over 11 hectares in Menétru-Le-Vignoble. The grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation, followed by 12-15 months of aging in old Burgundian oak barrels. The wine is rich and textured, with layers of melon, ginger and toasted walnuts. The finish has length and complexity, with plenty of smoke and spice. Pair with creamy pasta dishes, roast chicken or fondue.
