A wonderfully expressive Vouvray from 30-40 year old vines. Aged on the lees for four months, this wine has textured layers of ripe white flowers and bruised apple. It's nutty and honeyed, balanced out by a fresh acidity. Delicious with shellfish, goat's cheese, grilled fish, or a roast turkey.
