Three Valleys is produced after 24 separate blocks across 10 vineyards are vinified separately and tasted, from the wines that don’t quite make the grade for their single vineyard wines. Be under no illusion though, this is still a fantastic wine, with the 2024 offering up herbaceous, leafy notes, cassis and violets with refreshing acidity and satisfying grippiness. A very approachable wine that is drinking beautifully now and will continue to flourish for at least the next 5 years. - Tasting notes by Rebecca Gray
