Off-dry Vouvray from old vine Chenin Blanc plots on chalky soil. The grapes are sustainably grown and hand harvested. The wine shows aromas of walnuts, ripe melon and lime, with a honeyed, cooked apple taste to the palate. Pair with goat's cheese, hot smoked trout, and most Asian dishes.
