Join us at Taurus Wines on Whipley Manor Farm in our beautifully renovated, 400-year-old barn in the heart of the Surrey Hills as it is transformed into a banqueting hall for the evening.
We're delighted to be joined by Tokara. This is an estate that is driven by terroir expression. Perched on the slopes of the Simonsberg in Stellenbosch, their vineyards span granite and sandstone soils. Alongside these Stellenbosch sites, they produce cool-climate wines from Elgin, which benefits from sandstone soils and maritime influence, perfect for their production of Sauvignon Blanc and Cap Classique.
On arrival, you will enjoy a welcome glass and canapés followed by a three-course tasting menu prepared by our neighbours Tandem Catering, with each dish designed to complement the wines being poured.
