Join us at Taurus Wines on Whipley Manor Farm in our beautifully renovated, 400-year-old barn in the heart of the Surrey Hills as it is transformed into a banqueting hall for the evening.
We're delighted to be joined by Taittinger, one of Champagne's oldest and most revered houses. Not only will we be tasting through their range of champagnes, but also wines from their international estates including Domaine Evremond in Kent (their newly launched English sparkling wine) and Domaine Carneros in California, where they're producing beautifully refined, Burgundian-style wines that will pair beautifully with dinner.
On arrival, you will enjoy a welcome glass and canapés followed by a three-course tasting menu prepared by our neighbours Tandem Catering, with each dish designed to complement the wines being poured. As you dine, Taittinger's UK Rep, Kevin Mckee, will guide us through each of the wines, offering a rare opportunity to taste across Taittinger's portfolio in one sitting.
