Pierre Chainier is both a négociant and the owner of 250 hectares of vines in the heart of Touraine. The grapes for this Muscadet are sourced from a small number of growers in Muscadet with whom Francois Chainier has developed long-term relationships.
Delicate citrus and stony minerality on the nose. On the palate the wine is fresh and vibrant, full of citrus fruit character, a mineral streak and a hint of salinity.
The perfect pairing for oysters, white fish and shellfish.
