This premium wine from well-known vignerons Bouchard Pere et Fils is 100% Pinot Noir from a four hectare holding in the Grèves vineyard.
Complex with floral notes from the 30% of whole-bunch fruit added to the ferment, it's a Pinot Noir that, with age, will come up with all sorts of layers of aromas and flavours; liquorice, pomegranate, cherry, oak, violets and a certain earthiness to name but a few.
This will be delicious with plenty of meat dishes, game and venison especially.
