A family-owned partnership between Roberto de la Mota - one of Argentina's most respected and experienced winemakers - and the Sielecki family. The mature vineyards sit at 1000 meters above sea level and are fed by melted glacial water from the Andes. At that altitude the grapes ripen slowly allowing the flavours to develop and intensify.
"The 2023 Sémillon hails from La Consulta in the Uco Valley. Fifty-five percent of the
wine was fermented and aged in new French oak barrels for six months. A yellow
wine in hue, the aromas feature honey, delicate chamomile and a light cedar note.
The dry, mild, refreshing wine lingers on a resin-like expression. This is a pristine
wine crafted in a modern style."
