Negroamaro

Neprica Negroamaro comes from Masseria Maìme in Upper Salento, near San Pietro Vernotico, and showcases the distinctive character of Puglia. The growing season produced healthy, aromatic grapes, which were destemmed, gently crushed, fermented and aged in stainless steel after undergoing malolactic fermentation. The result is a wine that offers aromas of black cherry, pomegranate, and delicate floral notes, complemented by a soft, supple palate and a persistent, fruity finish. It pairs beautifully with roasted meats, grilled vegetables, and aged cheeses.
