Grapes are hand harvested and vinified in steel cuves before being bottled and made via the Traditional Method to produce a fresh and beautifully balanced sparkling wine.
12 months of lees ageing adds complexity to this wine that exhibits fleshy baked peach character and hints of hazelnut and almond. Crisp and clean with a refreshing touch of green apple tartness.
Fantastic as an aperitif or paired with seafood.
