The Bernard family have been cultivating their wines from the same terroir for 11 generations. Their Pavillon - primarily a grenache / syrah blend - is bursting with crunchy, juicy red and black fruits with a hint of liquorice. It is balanced and well-rounded with supple tannins and freshness on the finish. Perfect with a lamb stew.
