Chateau Pampelonne, a small quality driven producer, located less than a kilometre from the Mediterranean and the 'Plage de Pampelonne'. The winery and estate have been in the Gasquet-Pascaud family since the late 1700's and the currant owner Marie Pascaud took over in 2014 after gaining her degree in oenology and working several vintages around the world. Since 2018 the estate has been certified HVE status, which is a certificate of good sustainable and environmental practice in the vines and winery.
This Provençal rose is a perfect combination of fresh citrusy characters and juicy red fruit flavours. It has the classic lightly herbal note of the Provençal countryside and a good backbone of fresh acidity. Best served at 10-12 °C to get the benefit of the freshness and texture.
