This crisp, dry rosé is made from organic Pinot Noir and Monastrell grapes in the Valle de Curicó. The wine is textured and well-balanced, characterised by a ripeness of fruit and a refreshing acidity which leads nicely into citrus and floral notes on the finish. It would pair well with a meaty, oily fish like salmon.
