From the Graves region of Bordeaux, this lovely Semillon-Sauvignon Blanc blend is an example of what brilliant whites in the region can do.
Lime and gooseberry on the nose are followed by notes of apples and peaches, held together by a balanced acidity and dry minerality on the palette. A long finish of pithy orange and bitter almond adds to its complexity. This is a perfect food-wine, and would pair brilliantly with any white fish in a buttery sauce.
