Recognising the great potential of La Mascaronne's renowned terroir, the domaine was purchased by Tom Boye in 1999, (at the time he also owned the nearby Château Miraval), and the renaissance of the domaine began. Located in rolling hills just outside the Medieval village of Le Luc, Chateau La Mascaronne vineyards extend over 60 hecatares. Here, the soils are worked so that the roots develop in depth and the vine is thus more resistant to drought and does not need irrigation. At an elevation of three hundred meters, it also enjoys a unique microclimate; at night, it is constantly cooler than on the shore.

Certified organic since 2016, the vineyard’s orientation brings natural ventilation that favours the healthy development of its grapes. The harvest, always early in the morning, is done exclusively by hand. The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, and the bunches are selected in the vineyard and in the cellar, to preserve only the best quality fruits. A true expression of its terroir, Château La Mascaronne Rosé is delicious as an aperitif or during a meal when young, but also has the particularity of being able to keep for several years.

A pretty Provencal pale pink, the wine has a complex aromatic character. Notes of delicate white flowers and peachy orchard fruits are supported by a citrus lift. On the palate, it is round and lively, with delicate fruity freshness and a elegant and balanced finish. It is delicious as an aperitif and with grilled mullet or white meats.
