The Bolney Estate can be found on the edge of the Sussex Downs and a mere hop, skip and jump down the road from Taurus Wines. Their Pinot Gris is elegant, refreshing and soft with medium body. Delicate but with lots of concentrated stone fruit character, with pear and apricot and a touch of orange blossom and honey. Great on its own or as an aperitif with smoked salmon, or shellfish dishes.
