Whitebox Cocktails' Dirty Martini is the OG umami cocktail. Loathed and loved in equal proportions, is a challenge to some palates and a treat to others. This savoury classic is comprised of Vodka, dry vermouth and then "dirtied" with olive brine. Best served ice cold from the freezer, poured into a Nick & Nora or Martini glass with an olive garnish.
