A whole bunch rose, not made from the off-cuts of leftover red and white wine, assembled from low-yielding, coastal vineyards, delicately pressed for only the purest juice. A fruit-driven, slightly spicy pale rosé with summer fruits and herbs on the palate and a lovely clean, dry finish.
