A classic, light and dry Fino Sherry - aged under flor in American oak casks for 3 years. Pale gold in colour, this is full of full of salty, savoury notes with a touch of pear on its clean, crisp finish. Serve cold and finish the bottle with a few weeks - its delicate style doesn't hang about long. Pair with assorted tapas: the likes of jamon, cheese or garlic prawns.
