Supposedly the oldest fruit used to make eau-de-vie, G. Miclo's Tradition-range aged Kirsch is the result of the fermentation and distillation of semi-wild sweet black cherries with small pits. This offers a fruity, nutty cherry brandy that works as a digestif, in cooking and baking, or even added to coffee.
