Only the best Prosecco (like this) is hand harvested and gently pressed, before undergoing a slow, cool fermentation to bring out its desirably light and zesty character and green apple crispness. Production is overseen by Italy's most successful co-operative Araldica, alongside Master of Wine Tony Brown. Top with peach juice for the perfect Bellini.
