Domaine Terrebrune was created by trained sommelier Georges Delille, when he purchased the land for it in 1963. The 30 hectare domaine is located in Bandol, on the eastern side of Provence, and follows organic practices. Domaine Terrebrune makes serious, gastronomic and age-worthy rosés, a far cry from some of the region's simpler sippers. This is owing to a large proportion of Mourvedre in the blend, lending structure and depth of flavour.

Pale salmon in colour, the nose displays aromas of wild strawberry and pink grapefruit with a subtle hint of fennel. This is a textural, savoury and structured rosé; on the palate it shows notes of grapefruit and kumquat then creamy rhubarb dessert on the mid-palate. The finish is refreshing, long and precise. Perfect for drinking now (and especially with a meal) but this there is plenty of depth and focus here to allow for ageing.

"A blend of 60% Mourvèdre, 20% Grenache and 20% Cinsault, the 2022 Bandol Rose exhales aromas of red berries, spices, pomegranate, licorice, jasmine and iodine. Tense, juicy, medium-bodied and elegant, it’s long and fresh with a touch of spritzy residual carbon dioxide. This tasty yet perfectly balanced, clean and precise rosé can be aged over the next 2-4 years." 93 points, Yohan Castaing, The Wine Advocate
