A family-owned partnership between Roberto de la Mota - one of Argentina's most respected and experienced winemakers - and the Sielecki family. The vineyard sits at 1000 meters above sea level and is fed by melted glacial water from the Andes. At that altitude the grapes ripen slowly allowing the flavours to develop and intensify. The result is a wine that was awarded 92pts by The Wine Advocate - not a bad score at all.
The wine is a beautiful ruby colour, with spicy and fruity aromas. Bursting with red fruits but dominated with raspberries and cherries, there are hints of pink and black pepper for a touch of spicy freshness. Firm tannins give the mouthfeel a silky texture, and a long and persistent finish. Drink with beef or venison.
