Gloriously straw yellow and renowned for it's fine mousse and gently rising bubbles, this Brut Reserve from wine trade favourite, Billecart Salmon, is a light and fine Champagne. It's a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier from three different years and sourced from the best sites in the Champagne region.
There's a floral freshness on the nose with a hint of ripe pears, followed by a mouthful of deliciousness that's well balanced and rich, while maintaining that delightful freshness.
