Don Maximiano Errázuriz founded this Chilean estate in 1870 and was the first person to plant French grape varieties in the Aconcagua Valley - located just 12 kilometres from the Pacific Ocean. This is expressive of citrus, white peach and pineapple notes. Spending almost a year in French oak barrels, which results in a soft and creamy Chardonnay showing a hint of baked bread and pastry on the finish. Enjoy with pan-fried salmon in lemon butter.
