Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre
37.5cl * 15% ABV * Northern Rhone, France
The Guigal family is famous for injecting energy and passion into classic Rhône appellations back in the 1960s and has become one of the biggest and most important producers in the Rhône Valley. Vintage after vintage, the Guigal Collection wines have become symbols which perfectly illustrate the family’s ethos of supreme quality. Careful ageing, together with the meticulous attention paid every day by Marcel and Philippe Guigal to the selection and blending processes, bring to the fore the consistency and excellence of the great appellations of the Rhône Valley.
A shimmering deep, dark red, Guigal's best-selling Côtes du Rhône Rouge is full with a long finish and plenty of elegance and finesse due to the well balanced tannins and fruit. A dominant percentage of Syrah gives the wine a warmth and spiciness, while the Grenache and Mourvèdre offer complexity and food-matching versatility.

Serve at 16C – 18C with lamb, cold meats, meat, game birds and cheese.
