The cool Casablanca Valley on the north-western side of Chile's coastal range provides the grapes for this medium-bodied, fruity Chardonnay. Pacific breezes and early morning fog allows for long, slow ripening and the production of perfect fruit. This hints at rich tropical fruit - pineapple and passion fruit - which is framed by some lightly toasted oak and some fresh, juicy acidity. Pair with 'meaty' fish dishes or a mild, creamy cheese.
