Rather than recommending Provence for quality rose, these days we seem to be leaning more towards the wines of the Languedoc - in both terms of price and, in many instances, flavour, they stand up just as well.
This is a prestige wine from Château Puech-Haut, sourced from a vineyard 10km from the original property. Stylish and mineral, with layers of crisp red fruit, subtle spices and rose petals, this is a serious and sophisticated rosé. Worth the extra price for when you really want to push the boat out with something special and utterly delicious.
