Made by a gin-loving duo in Dorking - Helen and Kate of the Gin Kitchen - this is created in traditional copper pots and inspired by the Cardamom Mountains of Cambodia. Notes of fresh grapefruit and cardamom spice. Serve over plenty of ice with a light, aromatic tonic, and a squeeze of lemon or lime.
