Everything used to make this organic wine is of natural origin. Grapes are hand harvested. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks for 3 months with selected yeasts.
Pale and bright pink in color, this wine unfolds intense fruity aromas on the nose, mainly strawberries. It offers a vivid acidity and a delicate texture on the palate, making it a refreshing, very easy-to-drink, and persistent wine.
Ideal as an aperitif or with sushi or fresh fish. A perfect picnic wine.
