This wine is borne from the best vineyards of the Tabali Winery, located at the Limari Valley on the edge of the Enchanted Valley. Legend says that the valley is magical and Tabali have attempted to capture this mysticism with their wines.
With 12 months of bottle aging in French oak, this is a delicious, mouth-watering and delicate Pinot Noir with smoky plum and redcurrant and hints of strawberry on the nose. The palate has more smoky fresh red fruit with a clean almost scented finish. Fresh citrus acidity helps to provide backbone and a gentle, soft silky finish. The perfect partner with summer barbecues, grilled vegetables, roast lamb, Autumnal stews or hearty risottos.
