Formerly 'Le Dolci Colline', they've moved the name to 'Dolci Terre' to mean 'sweet lands' rather than 'sweet hills'.
A wonderfully light and refreshing sparkling wine from North-East Italy. At the moment, there's no such thing as Rose Prosecco (the law is in the process of being changed), but this is just about as close as you can get. Off-dry (meaning that it's showing a hint of sweetness) and showing a nice summery fruit - cherries, raspberries and strawberries - it's a gentle, easy-drinking fizz.
