The La Morandina estate takes its name from the original Morando Family, residents in the same area of Piedmont since 1580. The firm's holdings now extend over 21 hectares of vineyards in the heart of the most prestigious production areas. The use of a slow natural fermentation leads to enticing and persistent bubbles. The wine itself is as fresh as you could wish for, with vibrant floral aromatics and well-judged sweetness. Pair it with hazelnut biscuits or the classic Torta di Langa, delicious in the summer with a fruit salad of peaches and strawberries.
