The Deschamps master distillers carefully select spirits drawn from their various vintage pot and column stills for maturation for at least two years before blending. This fruit-driven Calvados shows baked orchard fruits alongside toffee and custard-like flavours on its crisp, but warming palate. Best enjoyed from large balloon-shaped glasses at room temperature alongside tarte Tatin or Normandy cheeses, such as Camembert.
