A blend from the legendary Myburgh family who have owned this estate in South Africa for eight generations - since 1756.
A very classic Rubicon nose with violets, ripe plum, cedarwood and intense spice, it has a deep youthful, intense almost purple hue. Still very young but brooding, promising further maturation potential. The palate is full bodied and packed with fresh dark fruit and rounded linear tannins.
Fantastic with venison, roast meats and strong cheeses.
