Pinot Noir * 75cl * 13% ABV * Patagonia, Argentina
Patagonia is the southernmost wine region in Argentina and is where top wineries have developed luxury projects. The climate is just about perfect for slow and lengthy ripening of grapes, which lends the wines an elegance and beautiful aromatic intensity. A deep crimson in colour, this emanates plenty of floral aromas - think roses and violets combined - with red fruits - currant, raspberries and strawberries - touched by a splash of vanilla and cocoa. Medium-bodied with fine tannins, this is a soft and fruity Pinot Noir, and would certainly be a talking point at any dinner party or blind tasting! Pair with pan-roasted duck or mushroom dishes.
